Our support team may ask you to perform a hard refresh on your browser as part of the troubleshooting process. This is different from a regular refresh. Here's how you can do a hard refresh in all browsers supported by Aivia.
Chrome
- On Windows, press CTRL + F5.
- On Mac, press CMD + SHIFT + R.
Safari
- First, clear the cache by pressing OPT + CMD + E.
- Then, refresh the page by pressing CMD + R.
Firefox
- On Windows, press CTRL + F5.
- On Mac, press CMD + SHIFT + R.
Edge (Windows)
- Press CTRL + F5.
Arc Browser
- On Windows, press CTRL + F5.
- On Mac, press CMD + SHIFT + R.
