Creating a new folder is as easy as clicking a button. You can name it according to the project it's related to, the AI model used, or any other categorization that makes sense for your workflow. Renaming and deleting folders is equally straightforward, giving you full control over your organization system.
But where the Team Folders feature really shines is in its ability to save chat sessions. After having a productive session with one of our AI models in the Main AIs tab, you can save that chat directly into a specific folder. This allows you to easily refer back to it later, whether you need to continue the conversation, review the information, or share it with a team member.

Imagine you're a project manager working on several projects simultaneously. For each project, you've been using different AI models to help with tasks like content creation, data analysis, and brainstorming sessions. To keep things organized, you create a separate folder for each project in the Team Folders tab.
As you progress through each project, you save the corresponding AI chat sessions into their respective folders. This way, all your AI-generated content and insights are neatly organized and easily accessible. When it's time for a project update meeting, you can quickly pull up the relevant folder and have all the information you need at your fingertips.
This not only helps you stay organized, but also ensures that you can swiftly retrieve and review past AI sessions, making your project management efforts more efficient. Over time, these folders become a rich archive of AI-powered insights and content generated for each project, enhancing your ability to track progress and measure results.
